Exchanging Your Items

  • Products can be exchanged at N-XI Culture physical stores except factory outlets.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item is faulty, damaged or defective at delivery.
  • The product received does not match the original specifications.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery via support@nelvn.com or +92 339 2911911.
  • Exchange within 7 days is subject to stock availability and proof of purchase.
  • For exchange requests email support@nelvn.com or call +92 339 2911911 between Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm.
  • Washed, used or damaged garments are not eligible for exchange.
  • Sale items can only be exchanged for another size subject to availability.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer.
  • No refunds and no returns are offered.

  • Request is submitted outside the allowed time frame.

Delivery Destination

We deliver to all major cities and towns nationwide via trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

  • Regular orders: 5–7 working days.
  • Sale periods: 7–10 working days.
  • Couriers do not operate on Sundays and National Holidays.
  • Orders may experience temporary delays during high demand periods or verification checks.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charge is Rs.250 nationwide and is collected at the time of delivery.

Courier Service

Courier partner depends on delivery location and shipment type. Tracking details are emailed once dispatched.

Tracking Orders

You will receive tracking information via email or SMS after dispatch. If not received, contact support@nelvn.com with your order number.

Order Receiving

Orders can be delivered to home, office or drop point addresses but not PO boxes.

Payment

Cash on Delivery payments are collected at the shipping address.

Missed Deliveries

Courier will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to the shipper.
