GSM varies by product to match its purpose:

· PoloVerse Polos: 200 GSM heavyweight cotton
· Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Co-ord Sets: 390-420 GSM heavyweight cotton, cozy winter stuff

Some of our prints use a special paint-stroke technique designed to naturally soften and fade slightly after the first 1–2 washes. This is intentional and part of the piece's signature lived-in streetwear look, not a defect.
Product photography is taken under studio lighting, and individual screen/device settings can affect how colors display. Actual product color may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

A flat PKR 250 nationwide on all orders, collected at the time of delivery. No hidden charges, no surprises at checkout.
Regular orders are delivered within 5–7 working days. During sale periods, please allow 7–10 working days due to higher order volumes.
Our courier partners don't operate on Sundays or national holidays. If your order is due for dispatch or delivery on one of these days, it will move on the next working day instead.
No, orders can be delivered to a home, office, or drop-point address, but not to a PO Box.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping charge will apply to send it out again.

For COD orders, payment is collected directly at your shipping address at the time of delivery.
