Exchange Policy
We want you to love every piece you order — but if it’s not the right fit or if something’s off, we’ve got your back. Here's how exchanges work at N-XI Culture.
Exchanging Your Items
All products purchased from N-XI Culture can be exchange them at our physical stores except the factory outlets, within 14 days of purchase only if
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had purchased.
- You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to support@nelvn.com or by calling at +923392911911. At N-XI Culture, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.
- Exchange within 7 days subject to stock availability and proof of purchase.
- For exchange (return within 7 days of purchase) please email us at support@nelvn.com or call +923392911911 during working days (Monday to Saturday) from 10am to 5pm.
- Washed, used or damaged garments would not be exchanged.
- Product purchased on ‘sale’ can only be exchanged in different size, depending on the size availability.
- For exchanging items, shipping cost will be charged to customer.
- No refunds and no returns.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use.
- The product has tampered.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
